I am a motivated professional with retail operations management and team leadership experience. Recognized for demonstrating a natural aptitude for strengthening team performance and collaboration through dynamic leadership, as well as for identifying opportunities to increase sales and ensuring optimal customer satisfaction and retention, I have a verifiable history of contributing directly to success throughout my career. Currently, I am an Assistant Manager of Operations & Services with Burlington Coat Factory.
