We focus exclusively on patient-pay billing – after insurance (or no insurance) and before bad debt – and facilitate patient communications, payment management, and patient financing options. The heart of the PatientFocus solution is the patient. Our unique combination of people, process and platform, and our “Day One” approach results in a highly coordinated, more comprehensive, and extremely efficient outreach program that protects both the patients’ experience and our clients’ brand. Leveraging a broad range of technologies, PatientFocus coordinates all patient-billing outreach via US Mail; targeted call-center campaigns; email and text messaging; a customized online payment portal; and payment options that include interest-free payment plans, non-recourse financing, and crowd-funding capabilities. Our solution is system agnostic and can be easily integrated into a providers’ internal systems.
