I manage the Product, Delivery, and Cloud Financial Management functions of Chewy\'s Platform Engineering Team. I own the build-out and management of the Platform Engineering Team’s development roadmap for the upcoming 12 months with a focus on the upcoming quarter. Quarterly Roadmaps focuses on the prioritized features that are broken down into epics and stories for Cloud Engineering Teams\' consumption and delivery. I oversee the Cloud Cost Management function of AWS Spend across the Chewy Cloud eco-system, identify and purchase AW Savings Plans or Reserved Instances, and work with vertical teams to address spend anomalies and to optimize their Cloud costs. Additionally, I partner with Finance to forecast upcoming FY AWS Spend for budgeting and planning purposes.
