From the earliest days of our nation, our military veterans have been the stalwarts in defense of our great nation and the freedoms which we cherish. A part of what it means to be an American is to honor and appreciate the sacrifices made by millions of veterans who have served us all so faithfully.The mission of Vetforce Landscaping and Irrigation. LLC is to impact the quality of life for our veterans that may need a good job when they return home. We hire and professionally educate and train veterans who may be transitioning and in need of a temporary job or veterans who may be searching for a new career path in the various aspects associated with the landscape industry. No veteran should ever return home and have to worry about finding employment. Veterans bring with them outstanding skills that are easily transferred and welcomed into the private sector: Honor, Commitment to Duty, Reliability, and the Desire to Achieve and Be Successful. At Vetforce Landscaping we offer veterans the tools, knowledge, and the support needed to succeed and thrive in the landscaping industry. For some veterans, post military service can be a challenging experience and the search in finding a civilian job is often just as challenging and daunting.Vetforce offers veterans an alternative in finding the right job that they may have never previously considered. Working within nature, in the outdoors and with your hands – working within the natural world provides a very specific sense of self-gratification in knowing you had a part in creating something beautiful - perhaps where none previously existed. Vetforce provides a renewed sense and purpose in forging a new career into the future for our veterans. Veterans possess skills, talents, devotion to duty and commitment that easily transfers into the public sector following their military service. Our veteran staff is professionally trained and reliable - workers you will feel comfortable to have working on your property.

As the Co-founder and President of USASOA, I am privileged and honored to work with the veteran and military communities, particularly engaging with our ill, injured, wounded, and homeless veterans who have sacrificed immensely for our nation. As an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, USASOA\'s mission is comprehensive yet simple:\'To Ensure That Our Veterans Are Treated As Our Greatest National Treasures.\' In pursuit of this, USASOA offers streamlined, grassroots programs and services that significantly improve the quality of life for both our active-duty members and veterans. USASOA\'s strategy involves direct engagement, connecting the veteran and military community with civilians to foster educational awareness and preventative solutions. Mutual understanding is crucial for success in any endeavor.USASOA\'s programs are thoughtfully designed and regularly assessed to meet the evolving needs of our military and veteran communities. Each USASOA program is built on three core components:1) Articulate a clear mission statement and, through strategic education, raise awareness among Americans about the necessity of the program or service in addressing challenges faced by the veteran or military communities. This strategy involves mobilizing and securing the support of the American public and volunteers.2) Clearly and thoroughly outline the process, methodology, and standard operating procedures that will enable the program or service to effectively meet the need and achieve its mission.3) Generate funding for the program or service using various channels such as social media, online advertisements, email newsletters, direct mail campaigns, and fundraising events to gather targeted donations that will fulfill the budget requirements for the proposed program or service.Evaluations: On a monthly basis, USASOA staff and volunteers convene to review all programs and services offered by USASOA, assessing their success in relation to the specific mission of each. This thorough evaluation process is conducted to confirm the achievement of the stated objectives of each program or service. Additionally, it guarantees that USASOA\'s offerings continue to address the evolving needs, challenges, and concerns of our veteran and military communities.
