I am the President and Lead Mediator of Pathway Mediation Inc, or PMI Calgary - PMI Calgary’s mandate is to prepare a pathway to solve your unique problem through alternative dispute resolution services, specifically mediations.Mediations are a negotiation between two or more parties, with the assistance of a neutral facilitator, the mediator. The mediator does not offer legal advice to any party or say what is ‘right’ or ‘wrong.’ Rather, a mediator is there to assist the parties collaboratively reach a resolution. PMI Calgary offers mediation for the following issues:• Family, Elder and Community;• Condominium, Landlord and Tenant;• Employment and Workplace;• Corporate and Contract; and• Personal Injury and Insurance.I am life-long problem solver. From a young age, I have had an interest in simply getting things done in the most time-efficient and cost-effective way. I also have a passion for access to justice for ALL individuals. These passions is why I started PMI Calgary. Many individuals are unable to afford the emotional and financial uncertainty that traditional legal service providers offer. With knowing that the goal is to reach an efficient resolution, coupled with knowing what costs are upfront, including flexible payment plans, PMI Calgary plans to utilize its modern tools and approaches to provide alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services that are accessible to all individuals in Calgary and area. PMI Calgary is located in the K-HUB of the Kahanoff Centre, Suite 900, 105 12 Avenue SE, Calgary Alberta. In my dealership, I rank consistently within the top three team member\'s for vehicle unit monthly sales volume, overall front and back end gross profit earned, and strong customer satisfaction survey results of work, I enjoy using my analytical skills in various aspects of life, such as efficiently navigating golf courses. Notably, I had some success on July 29, 2016, when I had a hole-in-one on #4 at Carnmoney Golf & Country Club.
