Commissioned by NHS England, the NHS Digital Academy is delivered in partnership with Imperial College, the University of Edinburgh and Harvard Medical School.

John is the founder of v-lex limited, an independent consultancy involved in making, shaping and managing complex technology and outsourcing contracts for buyers and suppliers. Before starting v-lex in 2009, John was one of the leading technology lawyers in the UK. He bridges the gap between lawyer, procurement professional and consultant by drawing on his immense legal and commercial experience, as well as a kit bag of pre-existing forms, models and templates. John is past Chairman of the Society for Computers and Law, and author of trade association Intellect\'s Contract and Commercial Guidelines.
