This role is not a routine assignment. It is an immersion into the core of the company, where the most critical decisions are made and the toughest problems are solved.I work closely with the CXOs at GetWork and with external consultants, applying practical techniques, frameworks, and AI-first thinking on a daily basis. My work is not limited to execution. It is centered around strategic problem-solving. From growth and internal systems to product alignment, automation, and fundraising support, I handle challenges that rarely come with instructions. Most of my work starts exactly where the playbook ends.Along the way, I have developed a deep obsession with AI, being everyone\'s \"AI Maestro\". Whether it is rethinking processes, or redesigning systems, AI has become a natural part of how I approach problems.I also share insights, frameworks, and lessons from these experiences.
