Ambry Genetics: Duties and Responsibilities: • Develop advanced customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives and company goals • Provide system administration support of internal and customer-facing Salesforce environment, especially related to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects, and workflow • Collaborate and be the expert advisor for various internal departments, including marketing, product development, client services, financial services, IT and operations to ensure Salesforce environment supports internal needs relating to functionality and performance • Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives, and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully • Understand requirements outlined by Sales Operations and lead technical development, QA, and deployment of custom objects, workflow rules, automatic triggers, relationships, and mappings, etc. • Own release management process by documenting development, compiling, and deploying change sets, and facilitating data backfills when necessary • Own and modify existing system integrations with applications and 3rd party apps, such as HubSpot, and evaluate and implement additional system integrations as requested • Exhibit leadership and provide guidance to senior leadership members to increase Salesforce adoption while increasing the usefulness of the tool. RealmIDx: Act as a bridge between Ambry Genetics and Invicro under RealmIDx for all Salesforce related matters. Focus on impact of marketing practices in relation to Salesforce Data. Konica Minolta Japan: Design and build greenspace Salesforce Service Cloud environment. Control documentation and process improvement measures. Manage vendors related to Japan Salesforce instance including translator services. Project Management and Support
