Led IBM / Kyndryl Infrastructure Delivery integration IDM team on converting Anthem Account liaison services from Anthem to IBM and trained Delivery managers on processes and procedures. I coordinated with infrastructure platform teams, both Linux and Intel across the enterprise to produce both VM and physical servers. Served as a process manager and assisted with vendor management, process improvements and customer escalations. I built Virtual (VM) servers using the IBM build tool (My Cloud) ICO Cloud Orchestrator, to provide faster timely service to our customers.
