I am working on making smaller releases cost effective by pulling the Ops person into the team.I deliver a One Day Agile training to new starters and business teams.I have a wealth of commercial experience in addition information technology.I enjoy improving team excellence, am very approachable and will always help a colleague to overcome a problem.
