About John R. Wooley

For as long as I can remember, I have loved discovering new things. When I was about 8 years old, I started taking things apart. I was especially interested in how the various pieces and parts worked together. Once I understood the mechanics, I found I could naturally apply what I had learned to other situations, and I was eager to share my discoveries with others. Little did I know these deep-seated talents of discovery and sharing from childhood would become life-long passions and shape both my life and my career. As a result, I developed a variety of technical, training, and documentation skills throughout my career, including: Designing, developing, implementing, and facilitating technical product training Serving as a technical product subject matter expert (SME) for a company’s product line Developing and reviewing technical product documentation Creating video demos for product software and hardware Troubleshooting and testing hardware and software Composing, capturing, analyzing, and editing digital images Managing, installing, and implementing product hardware and software I am experienced with a variety of development, delivery, and learning management tools, including MS Office Suite, Visio, Snagit, Adobe Photoshop, VM Cloud Director, Wix website builder, LearnUpon LMS, and GeoLearning LMS.
