I lead the firm’s Health Care Transactions and Regulatory Practices. I represent public and private companies, with a national presence in transactions in the health care and life sciences space involving financial sponsors, venture capital and strategics, including hospitals, health systems, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, pharmacies, rehab centers, behavioral health care companies, home health organizations, hospices, medical and pharmaceutical supply chains, group purchasing organizations, pharmaceutical and biotech companies, medical device companies and acute and post-acute providers. I have a specialized expertise in federal and state health care regulations, including fraud and abuse (Anti-Kickback Statute and Stark). I have been representing health care providers and suppliers on the transactional and regulatory side for over 20 years. I have significant experience in M&A, compliance, regulatory and structural governance matters. I have brought the transactional and regulatory skill set into one practice, creating significant efficiencies for clients on deals.
