My passion is adding value to my customers, and ensuring they love the product and service I provide, through what I hope, to be my unique and very people focused approach I\'ve worked my way up in many different areas of the property sector, all the way from apprentice to a lettings manager in residential and student lettings, culminating in 9 years experience. Throughout years of developing my skills and honing my interests, I have now landed at Goodlord, and absolutely love my role as a Senior Account Manager.My goal is to understand my clients needs, concerns and goals, in order to provide a bespoke, tailored approach, with the main goal focusing on always adding value to their business.
