Conference with additional duties including creating / distributing all marketing materials; organizing / judging all applicants; finding relevant industry mentors and creating / managing an annual virtual & in-person mentorship program; and create programming for scholars / mentors on-site at the D.I.C.E. Conference alongside coordinators
