I have greatly enjoyed the opportunity to apply my broad experience that spans the complete value creation chain in an ethical, relationships-oriented technology manufacturer that plays on a world stage.During my tenure at Nautel, the company has tripled in size and moved from being a respected point-solution vendor to become the largest manufacturer in its product category. In my first months with Nautel I identified product portfolio gaps that were blocking the company’s acceptance as a top tier vendor. I have rebranded the company, established marketing automation, social media, webinar/video, and digital marketing, and created our industry’s largest marketing database, We proudly host the largest in person events in our space drawing approximately 350 attendees yearly from the 177 countries in which we market our solutions.As a passionate member of Nautel’s senior leadership team and acting in a VP of product management comparable role I have launched more than 10 award winning product families that have succeeded in stealing share from entrenched competitors in a mature market. This success has been enabled by enhancing the company’s competitive intelligence, product positioning, product strategy, pricing analysis and strategy, competitive strategy, channels development, road-mapping, strategic partnering, and a focus on return-on-engineering metrics analysis.
