I love working on the messy, exciting parts of change-taking an idea from zero to one and figuring it out as we go. For me, it’s about experimentation over rigid plans, building alongside people, not for them, and keeping the focus on what really matters: making things better for the team and the people impacted.Whether it’s exploring new technologies, rethinking how teams work, or trying something completely different, I enjoy the process of rolling up my sleeves and collaborating. I’m not big on perfection—progress is what counts.
