Since 2012 I’ve delivered projects on an independent Consultant basis to 8 recruitment and HR clients.Projects are 2 weeks to 6 months. I work closely with Directors & HR, from SMEs to international clients, on recruitment process & structure, branding, BD, management, training & coaching, tactically and hands-on. I deliver services for contracted days to project milestones in the scope of work Sales & Marketing campaign: Month 1 – script, prospecting, telesales. Month 2 – client visits. Month 3 - tenders, PSLs.Sales Management: CRM analytics, work-study, in-agency training, coaching & motivating Consultants.Branding & Website - select, negotiate and agree contract with Graphic Design agency. Photo shoots, write content for website, issue press releases and mailshot launch.Tenders: a regular piece of work is completing client tenders for agencies, plus Ariba Recruitment Systems & IT implementations: Project Management of 4 x CRM implementations (2 x Bullhorn, 1 Influence, 1 Microdec)- selection, negotiation, contracts, clean & export data, configure, Consultant training, go live.ISO:90••••08): write ISO:9001 Quality Manual, train the Quality Administrator, coach Consultants on compliance, apply for and attain ISO:90••••08).ICT Project Management: specify IT needs, select, negotiate and contract IT Management & Commercial act for buyer on purchase of assets of a small agency. Valued business on contract book, due-diligence on recruitment database, migration to buyer\'s system, ten days meeting contractors.Invoice Discounting: wrote a business plan for a perm agency for meetings with factoring companies.Budget setting: agree and set sales team Targets and Budgets.Bringing Terms of Business, Commission Systems up to date.Restructuring: work-study enabling the agency to identify ineffective Administrators & Consultants.Please InMail to discuss.
