About John Weik

I have experience in higher education fundraising and leadership as an undergraduate student and young professional. Currently serving as a Philanthropy Officer at the Kutztown University Foundation, I manage our Engagement Center and lead a team of student employees in cultivating donor relationships and fostering alumni engagement to help support Kutztown University. I also oversee our Class Gift Committee where we utilize philanthropic education within the graduating class to help with the transition of student to engaged young alumni. I assist with our Giving Challenge efforts and other Annual Fund initiatives.I am passionate about driving philanthropic initiatives to support the advancement of higher education institutions as well as eager to continue making a meaningful impact in fundraising and advancement within the higher education sector. I am open to networking opportunities and collaborative partnerships to further the mission of educational excellence.
