Active in a wide variety of Volunteer Leadership positions at the State, National and International levels of Lions Clubs International (LCI). Activities included Leadership Development, Programmatic Development, major Fundraising Campaigns, and facilitating Grants for Humanitarian Service projects. These volunteer positions utilize the skills and experiences I\'ve gained working at IBM for over 38 years, and I enjoy the opportunities I have to \"give back\" to my community, both locally and worldwide. For these efforts I received an Ambassador of Good Will award, and a Friend of Humanity award, the highest awards attainable through Lions Clubs International and the Lions Clubs International Foundation, respectively. Retired Project Management Professional (PMP) and certified IBM Executive Project Manager (EPM) with extensive experience across multiple functions and business units in IBM, including Microelectronics, the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) and IBM Supply Chain Engineering. Retired IBM Process Development Team Lead (PDTL) for several cross brand, worldwide transformation initiatives, including a large, integrated business analytics project spanning all major Quality processes across the Supplier, Manufacturing & Field silos. For these efforts I received an IBM Outstanding Technical Achievement award, a Patent Plateau award, and an IBM Outstanding Innovation award. Retired IBM Lean Six Sigma Quality Master Black Belt practitioner active in all aspects of this discipline, including teaching Lean Six Sigma classes, project coaching, and leading several high leverage projects across the IBM Globally Integrated Enterprise.
