Started as an Instructor in 2012, then over time have become a Senior Instructor and take on the role of Beach Manager when required.Assisting new and less experienced instructors.Ensuring delivery of ISA Surf Lessons from beginner to advanced level for tourists, members of the public and locals.Responsible for groups’ health and safety in and out of the water. Ensuring individual customer development and enjoyment.Taking and recording bookings and payments from customers.Responding to all situations at all times as and when they arise.Awarded Best Instructor for the 2014 summer season by the owner and manager.
