   Write modular, maintainable, Frontend (React) and Backend (Node) code with documentation across all of Plastiq product offerings (Pay, Accept, Connect) on https://grow.plastiq.com and internal software (Phoenix), playing an integral role in getting Plastiq to its goal of getting acquired by Priority Technology Holdings-Complete story points covering features (creation of new FE React components, APIs, BE functionality, database creation and management), redesigning/rebranding (participated in 2 Plastiq product redesigns), bug fixes, tasks, production support, test cases, etc-Assist in planning and implementation of several microservice architecture, including services for payers (e.g. funding methods, vendors, organization), handling invoices, syncing with accounting software, handling bank information, etc. along with SDK development and message queue events and handlers using AMQ-Take on leadership opportunities: Project Lead for multiple projects, including Bills Management System with Accounting Synchronization, integrating with QBO, Netsuite, Xero, and Sage accounting softwares and improving bill payment efficiency by at least 62.5%; Scrum Master during numerous sprints, facilitating scrum ceremonies (standup, planning, refinement, retrospective), coordinating work among the team, collaborating with design, product, and other organizations for feature requirements, etc; Lead Oncall Engineer for several weeks, triaging production issues with Splunk/Datadog and implementing fixes when possible-Develop and improve company culture and practices by involvement in training (PCI, Security), MosaIQ (diversity/equity/inclusion committee), Frontend Chapter (FE best practices committee), Hack Day (team project was converted to an implemented feature), Donut meetups (networking), etc.
