In my journey as a content manager, I’ve been fortunate to have career experiences that allowed me to serve both internal users looking for help content so they could work more effectively and consumers looking for product information to better their lives. In our digital culture, online content can be the first interaction a customer has with a company, and every effort should be made to ensure it is a positive one. It is the lifeblood of any organization.I genuinely believe in the power of good content, in whatever form it takes, to not just help people, but to move them to connect. My passion and knowledge for content, content management systems (CMS) and the process it takes to create good content led me to companies like DIRECTV, Union Bank, Experian and Capital Group.Examples of how I’ve helped organizations: Led the content design portion of a $5M project to implement a Tridion CMS. Recommended and oversaw the implementation of a headless Drupal CMS (decoupled from the presentation layer) as well as designed content templates resulting in a more scalable, reusable framework (white label) for future websites. Reduced content requests to teams by spearheading content reviews and audit processes. Developed style guides to ensure consistent style, tone and format.
