I collaborated with ValueLabs and Infosys leaders to optimize Lifetouch’s offshore strategic partnership delivering $3M in yearly labor cost savings. Also at Lifetouch, I was promoted to lead engineering operations delivering on mission-critical cloud-based initiatives while instilling a DevOps mindset and focus on QA automation to significantly decrease regression test cycle duration and accelerate automated deployments. I drove the implementation of Lifetouch’s two most prominent e-commerce properties supporting the Schools and Seniors business segments improving customer experience and increasing order average.
