My work focuses on designing mechanisms that determine how people are matched, filtered, and aligned via personality models, behavioral data, and game mechanics.As the founder of GameTree, I build personality-driven LFG and matching systems to explore a simple question:What happens when social networks optimize for compatibility rather than scale?Beyond gaming, I’m interested in curation as a fundamental social force - how incentives, identity, and algorithms shape who connects with whom, and how communities emerge from those choices.I work at the intersection of personality psychology, system design, and gamification, with a long-term focus on building intentional social infrastructures.If you’re thinking about curation, matching, or the architecture of communities, I’m open to serious conversations.
