Our ~100 employees in Madison and Brookfield, Wisconsin: · Investigate and clean up soil, sediment, groundwater, vapor, and emerging contaminant issues, like PFAS, often related to property transactions, mergers/acquisitions, and brownfield redevelopment; · Help manufacturers comply with EHS regulations, including permits, plans, modeling, and audits related to air, water, waste, safety, building envelope, industrial hygiene, and ventilation; · Assess wetlands, biota, cultural resources, archaeology, and air quality as part of redevelopment projects and/or NEPA compliance; · Perform geotechnical engineering, solid waste & storm water management, and related CADD/GIS services; and · Work closely with attorneys, lenders, industry, commercial businesses, and state / municipal government agencies on projects in the U.S. and abroad.
