   Providing program management services to the Digital Innovation Core Team through the development and execution of company’s multi-year digital transformation vision. Partnered with RTI’s Talent Management (TM) team to build a functional expansion of the MyDev Platform – a competency-based career exploration hub on Fuel50’s AI Talent Marketplace product. Led one of three key deliverables for this expansion: a single integration build with Salary.com and Fuel50 of RTI’s HRIS Role and Competency Data that included RTI business and technical teams.(September 2022) Partnered with RTI’s Talent Acquisition (TA) and HRIS team to deliver iCIMS Talent Cloud Applicant Tracking System, ATS. The TA team worked with iCIMS to configure platform features according to business specifications. Led technical program engagement that included teams from RTI’s TA, HRIS, and HR System Administration teams and Partners: Accurate.com, the Cloud Connectors, iCIMS Integration Build and Data Migration SME Consultants, and Fuel50’s Technical Project Manager. The technical engagement built, tested, and delivered six integrations and five major file feeds for the data migration.(November 2022) Active Projects Oversight Office of the Vice President Infrastructure, Operations, and Cloud Multi-Factor Authentication Program. Driving RTI’s Zero-Trust Strategy on Azure Active Directory- MS Entra Verified ID Office of the Chief Information Security Officer, CISO Security and Event Management (SIEM) Replacement Project.
