ABOUT JOHN ROGERS

I am one of the lucky few who has experience spanning the entire Supply Chain from Supplier through to the shelf in a store. In the past 30 years I spent time with Tesco, Sainsburys, TK Maxx, Wolseley PLC, Cromwell, an independent consultant and with Octopus Energy creating a supply chain and logistics function for low carbon technology. I’m proud to have progressed from shop floor, through operations management, major scale development and project management across Distribution, IT and Retail leading to being a Group Leadership Team Director. My main motivation is to make the world a better place while adding demonstrable value. My key strengths are in creating the safest environment for my people; maximizing service for my customers whilst minimizing costs for my stakeholders and customers.
