The new construction facility is a 1 million square foot building whose missions include nuclear weapons command and control, as well as space and missile defense for all branches of the U.S. military. Work included managing and supervising large scale subcontractors on a fast paced project with thousands of design flaws and changes. Estimating Department -(March 2012 - June 2013)- Worked in estimating department on the MEP team specializing in cost estimating and design management of mechanical and electrical systems.KieCore -(October 2010 - March 2012)Internal design-build project within Kiewit that evaluated the current company processes and developed new ones to streamline how to get work, build work, manage assets and stay competitive. I was an active team member working alongside CSC Consultants on the KieCore project, which was a $200M SAP (ERP) full-life cycle implementation.
