Lead multiple scrum teams end‑to‑end, owning agile execution, release management, capacity planning, and risk management across highly complex initiatives.• Drive large‑scale, cross‑program efforts such as the Enterprise Jira migration, capacity and utilization frameworks, monitoring and alerting systems, and certificate management — many of which are now used as standards beyond our immediate program.• Lead end‑to‑end KPI governance and performance tracking across all active services and libraries, driving accountability against defined program standards and delivering monthly and quarterly metrics reporting to executive stakeholders.• Act as a primary escalation point across releases and compliance initiatives, working closely with Engineering, Product, PMO, Legal, CorpSec, and other shared services to unblock delivery and manage risk. Run post mortems when incidents occur to pull lessons and implement new best practices moving forwards.• Drive leadership visibility across the program by preparing and presenting executive‑level content covering critical escalations, capacity and utilization trends, release readiness and milestone progress, cross‑team dependencies, risk and issue management, delivery health metrics, and overall program execution and operational health.• Serve as a mentor and force multiplier for the TPM team, supporting peers through high‑pressure moments, sharing best practices, and creating documentation, playbooks, and templates that improve how we all work, as well as sharing AI tooling best practices to drive further efficiency.
