ABOUT JOHN TAUZEL

An innate curiosity about the world and a systems thinking approach enables me to both see the global context and dig deep into the details of efforts. My passion is helping build systems and deliver services that help people live better lives. My work to date has been helping dairy farms more efficiently grow and produce food to feed a growing global population. This supports both farmers in their livelihoods and more broadly, nourishes people so they have more enriched lives. With over 25 years of work in the agricultural space, my experience is both broad and deep. Delivering precision and digital agriculture solutions, commercializing new animal health diagnostic solutions, driving impactful environmental public policy, informing global agribusiness strategies, leading teams in providing services to farms and understanding the financial drivers of a farm business are examples of some of the ways that I have supported agriculture. With the ever growing threat of climate change, my career is focused on how we can transform our current farming systems to make them more resilient and more sustainable.
