A human resources leader with an Engineering background & global work experience.I am currently HRBP Lead at Tessolve where I am responsible for all aspects of HR including but not limited to Talent development, engagement, retention, culture building, change management owing to business model changes and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to this, I was with LTIMindtree, Cognizant. In my last few years, I was the HRBP for Digital Businesses that had over 3500 professionals. I love partnering with senior business leaders and my team in solving complex business problems. The 18+ years of progressive HR experience I have, right from building the role base of a HR Business Partner to providing strategic advice to Businesses and building strong HR team members, has helped me to continually evolve as a professional and a person. Key areas of partnership with businesses include topics such as building leadership pipeline, succession planning, handling effective business model changes, integrations, managing a healthy attrition through a comprehensive workforce planning lens, diversity equity and inclusion, employee wellbeing to name a few.Performance management, compensation planning, succession planning, measuring and enhancing Engagement levels of Business groups, change management of any kind and ability to influence business leaders to make critical decisions are the base of my day-to-day work.Bringing structure to ambiguity, innovative problem solving, perseverance, a deep sense of self awareness, reflective leadership style and result orientation are the top strengths I bring to the table.
