Reporting to the Global People Director, my role is to lead the transformation of the People programme for Arup’s global functions and businesses. I manage the annual People programme for these groups and lead a series of projects focussing on the employee experience, operational excellence and process simplification. I partner with stakeholders to understand their business needs and to identify areas for improvement within our service delivery.
