I am the senior partner of the firm and head of the Company Commercial team. My experience spans over 25 years in company and commercial law, during which I have advised companies and other business organisations on a wide range of national and international transactions and agreements. I am regularly instructed on the sale and purchase of shares and businesses; management buy-ins and buy-outs; and group reorganisations and I have a wealth of experience in the drafting of shareholder, investment, LLP and trading agreements, including complex commercial agreements of extremely high value.The growth, reputation and expertise of Spratt Endicott - a full service law firm - is something I am proud of.
