At the Commons of Hilltop I have the incredible opportunity to be the Admissions and Resident Experience Manager. I strive to create a unique experience for all of my community members who take the time to tour The Commons by actively listening to their stories and concerns. Working with the Life Enrichment Manager I added exciting events that showcased the premier aspects of The Commons such as Equine Therapy on our expansive outdoor grounds and furnished pavilion. I worked with our current residents to launch an Ambassador Program to improve the transition experience for new residents.
