Advise teams with regards to development standards, frameworks and guidance to maintain consistency throughout the software development lifecycle Analyze and recommend wherever possible improvement in SDLC Process Be involved in new features development; provide inputs to Product Owners and Developers on the correct behavior of the system Be part of a cross functional Global team that develops and supports the product using Agile Kanban methodologies Coaches and mentors the team, provides ongoing feedback, and conducts performance management and talent development activities Build automation test suits for regression and new features. Testing backend/frontend components, validating results and automating deployment and data generation Develop and participate in test strategy/test plan walk throughs Ensure adherence to the specified Quality Process standards and framework Ensure adherence to the specified coding standards and framework Work in Test Driven Development environment, leveraging QA automation test suite to provide unit tests and integration tests for all new functionality Works with the internal team (i.e, Quality Assurance and Development Teams and Managers, Product Managers, Project Managers) Works with the product development teams to drive improvements in code quality via manual and automated testing
