Have a blend of Project Management, Technical Skills and long experience in International Education. Project management experience includes 14 years as a Chief of Party and Deputy Chief of Party in USAID funded projects, gaining deep knowledge of USAID project management and related project objectives, programming, learning outcomes and monitoring and evaluation systems. Many years of leading and working with subject experts enabled me to have successfully managed complex USAID funded projects in Early Grade Reading, Teacher Education and Training, Curriculum/Materials Development. My experience spans basic education and higher education. All involved managing large staff; subaward; developing/implementing risks mitigation manuals; developing teacher certification systems and inter-institutional linkages and engaging public private partnerships to strengthen sustainability.Key skills: Education Project Management; Staff Development; Teacher Trainer; Curriculum and Materials Development, and School/Community Relationships/Gender and Equity.Countries: Botswana, Ethiopia, Malawi, Liberia, South Sudan and Ghana.Award: Florida State University, College of Education’s 2013 Distinguished Alumni Award for International and Humanitarian Services.
