I am a researcher in IAMO’s Junior Research Group RuWell within the Agricultural Policy Department, where I am pursuing my PhD as part of the RuWell Project. My research focuses on developing a well-being index for rural areas and studying its links to rural depopulation.My geographical focus is Germany, but i also engage in rural well-being research in Southeast Europe, with project activities in Albania, Kosovo, Romania, and Moldova, involving survey design and field research on quality of life and rural development.Alongside my research, I co-teach the Master’s course “Agricultural Innovations: Selected economic and sociological perspectives on sustainable innovations” at Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg (MLU), where we support students to explore and understand systemic and economic approaches to innovation in agriculture.I am a member of IAMO’s Doctoral Researchers Council, the Leibniz Association\'s PhD Network Working Group Survey, and previously served on the Leibniz PhD Network Steering Committee as Section B Spokesperson.
