I am \"officially\" a mattress geek & have been, since I began working for the Ellman Family on the early 90\'s at I.B.C.(international Bedding) & then at Sherwood Bedding.Being trusted as a material buyer & merchandiser was the prefect launching pad for me, as I was already a prolific salesman. but designing mattresses & buying the raw materials really sparked my creative side & I found it fascinating (enter the geek) add to that my 12 years of retail sales experience & the table was set.23 years later and over a Billion in sales, I am now at Brooklyn Bedding and anxiously awaiting our new Mega Plant opening. so much more to come as I am energized by this opportunity and cant wait for this next chapter
