ABOUT JOHN SICARD

I’ve always been fascinated by how systems work together to move the world forward. As CEO of Kinaxis Inc. for over nine years, I led a global team to transform supply chain software, using AI and machine learning to help companies navigate complex markets with smarter, real-time decisions. We consistently scaled SaaS revenues and profits, maintaining a rule of 40, and drove shareholder value over 400%.Through Sicard Holdings, I now coach executives, mentor leaders, and consult on using AI and data to solve tough business challenges. I’m passionate about helping software companies scale, innovate, and stay ahead in a fast-changing tech landscape. My strategic insights, honed through years of guiding Kinaxis through an IPO and global expansion, make me a strong fit for public company boards, where I can contribute to governance, risk management, and long-term growth.Outside of tech, I’m a drummer and producer at Sicard Studios, a small record label where I support new artists by recording and sharing their music. It’s a creative outlet that keeps me grounded and reminds me how innovation thrives when people connect.I’m deeply committed to inclusivity, especially for individuals on the Autism Spectrum.
