I currently work as a Consolidation Manager within the Controllership team for Willis Towers Watson. My primary responsibilities in this position include preparation of the Group Statement of Cash Flows for External Reporting and internal decision making, analysis and preparation of the Group Intercompany Eliminations, summarizing Group Acquisitions, Mergers and Divestitures and Minority/Equity accounting procedures. Some additional responsibilities include various account reconciliations (Acquisition Liabilities, Derivatives, Non-Controlling Interest, Debt, Interest Expense, Deferred & Contingent consideration, Investment in Affiliates, GainLoss on Sale of Operations, Book of Business, Assets and Mergers & Liquidations). While working with WTW, I have advanced my proficiency in utilizing Enterprise resource planning (ERP), and consolidation systems such as Alteryx, Oracle EBS, Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and Oracle Financial Data Management (FDM).
