Tax partner with an eight partner, 60 staff firm of accountants, based in N Hertfordshire, which is part of the UHY Hacker Young network in the UK, with international links through UHY International. I specialise in advising OMBs in the wide variety of transactions and taxes that such businesses encounter. I also carry out business valuation work in the context of business and matrimonial disputes and in loss of earnings cases. I have undertaken Collaborative Law training and I am interested in the inter-disciplinary approach to divorce settlement outside the court room.Currently President of Beds, Bucks & Herts Chartered Accountants Society, helping provide services to chartered accountants locally and acting as a link between the ICAEW and its members in the local area.
