   Project: Crew Reroute (CRR)Accomplishments: In a lead development role assumed responsibility of backend server code base of over 2M LOC. Responsible for the full life cycle of enhancements to the backend server supporting new features of the new Tracker360 front end interface. New capabilities were initially intended to create functional equivalence of Tracker360 with legacy CRR interface. Once functional equivalence was achieved, additional features were delivered to exceed the capability of legacy CRR interface. Responsible for identifying and implementing changes as part of an overall refactoring effort intended to remove obsolete functionality and improve backend application testability. Acted as the primary team member for monthly backend software installation and primary on call resource for all backend production issues. Results: Functional equivalence achieved in Q1 of 2024. Additional features included flight delay support, rotation locking, improved FAR release time calculation, and support of voluntary airport standby (VAS) rotations. Availability of new features delivers efficiency in resolving crew rotation issues. Availability of the VAS feature in Tracker360 saved the airline $1.2M in May 2024 alone.
