SIGINT Instructor / Training Specialist teaching in the Northern Virginia Area. I provide training and course instruction to consumers of Signals Intelligence that reflects current and relevant improvised threat curricula. I maintain training, change/edit or enhance the curriculum for the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA); Joint Improvised-Threat Defeat Organization (JIDO) personnel; Combatant Commands and their conventional and special operations forces; NATO and Coalition forces; Interagency partners; and Other Government agencies as requested. As an Instructor / Training Specialist, I ensure that all materials, educational processes, and curricula delivery are in compliance with National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) accreditation requirements and Defense Intelligence Education and Training Board (DITEB) requirements. Over 24 years of experience as a SIGINT analyst, I’m currently focused on teaching SIGINT to consumers of SIGINT with a focus on telecommunications, DNI and DNR.
