   Subject Matter Expert (SME) supporting the implementation of the Joint All-Domain Command and Control (JADC2) vision at the Virtual Test and Training Center (VTTC), Nellis, AFB, NV. Works closely with USAF customers and staff by providing research, development, and implementation of JADC2 concepts, planning, and operations support. Provides advisory and assistance in C2, systems security engineering, computer systems engineering, and network engineering and technical expertise as it relates to the system security of military communication and data link systems.Provides technical guidance in Command-and-Control concepts, principles, and standards.Participates in the design of information and operational support systems.Prepares and delivers oral presentations such as briefings, training sessions, consultations, and strategy sessions with other staff service functions and activities to secure cooperation, resolve controversial matters, and convey information relative to proposed changes in assignments.Liaison with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.Supports a diverse team of technical experts and consultants to conduct technical alternative studies.Provides advisory and assistance on JADC2 architecture.Supports high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, training and acts as a liaison with industry and other Government agencies.
