   After more than four decades as franchisees for a national adjusting network, we have accepted the opportunity to form a partnership with an established independent adjusting company serving industrial and commercial clients across the Americas. Effective July 1, 2021, we will become MAS Solutions, providing the same independent adjusting services we have provided since 1977, and expanding our reach beyond the U.S. to include clients in Mexico and Central and South America. The new MAS Solutions will be led Justin Whedbee and John Walker, Jr, with combined experience of more than 45 years in independent adjusting across the U.S. Both are second-generation claims adjusters, having grown up in businesses started by their fathers. Both have led multiple state operations and are merging their skills, expertise, and operations to create MAS Solutions in the United States. Our new partner, MAS Adjusting Services (MAS), is a third-generation independent adjusting company headquartered in Mexico City. Led by Josenrique Martinez Alba, MAS provides property and liability adjusting services across a broad swath of industrial, energy, transportation, engineering and construction clients. In addition, they offer CAT services in support of events across Central and South America. During our careers, we have enjoyed the many opportunities to serve clients large and small and will continue to support those relationships under our new banner. Our new technology platform, MASTech™, will allow us to provide more responsive, specialized services in the areas of personal and commercial lines of property and liability claims administration while giving access through our partnership to international services.
