A core part of the bank\'s Internal Communications function, supporting 1,500+ colleagues. I deliver engaging, accessible, and strategic communications that inform, connect, and inspire- Content delivery & strategy: I own and manage content across our intranet, email, and Slack, ensuring clarity, consistency, accuracy and alignment with Shawbrook\'s key strategic priorities- Campaigns & storytelling: I lead internal campaigns from concept to execution, combining copywriting, visual design, and video production to tell stories that stick- AI & innovation: I actively explore how AI and emerging tools can help us do what we do better, such as automating processes, delivering smarter comms, and streamlining content creation- Stakeholder engagement: I collaborate across the bank, engaging and supporting senior leaders to convey key messages, as well as during our quarterly all-staff calls- Insight & improvement: I lean on our data to measure engagement and impact, as well as inform decisions and improve content.
