Previously, I honed my leadership capabilities by building cyber programs and steering cybersecurity architects and analysts towards innovative solutions in complex and highly regulated technological landscapes. Our team\'s expertise in implementing outcome driven metrics associated with specific protection levels, risk appetite, and cost drivers has been pivotal in justifying and fortifying our defense against digital threats, achieving buy-in from the board and senior leadership, and most importantly protecting our members and customers.My tenure on the Fargo Public Schools Board of Education as Vice President and Chair of the Negotiations Committee as well as my service on the Fargo Public Library Board of Directors as vice-chair further refined my negotiation and governance skills, contributing to the betterment of our community\'s future.
