John Ritz Miller is an Executive Level, Sales and Marketing Expert in the Mortgage and Real Estate Industries with over 40 years of extensive experience in all aspects of land development, home construction, real estate sales, mortgage finance and dynamic business development. In his role as Regional Level Manager for a top national mortgage company, Mr. Miller utilized his inspirational style and unique \"lead by adding value\" strategies to drive an increase in new construction mortgage sales volume from $52 Million annually in 1996, to over $2 Billion annually in the D.C. Region. His comprehensive exponential business growth strategy received national acclaim and was adopted nation wide, delivering tremendous results across the country. In 2015 Mr. Miller transitioned his skills to assist an up and coming company in breaking through a stagnant business cycle, more than tripling their number of Producers, quadrupling volume, opening over a dozen Branch locations, and delivering in excess of $2 Million in net profit in 2016, all in less than 2 years after assuming the role.In 2017 Mr. Miller accepted the position as National Head of Retail for J.G. Wentworth Home Lending where he leveraged 4 decades of Industry Excellence in the aggressive National Expansion of their Retail Network culminating in the acquisition of the company by Freedom Mortgage in August of 2019.Mr. Miller currently serves as the Founder and CEO of The Fortress Group Total Home Finance, LLC.Mr. Miller attended the University of Maryland and is also a graduate of the Columbia School of Gemology.
