   Lead teams owning global delivery and ongoing support of IRT solutions for Suvoda’s clients. • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction across Suvoda’s client portfolio, drive repeat business, and ensure the Services team meets or exceeds KPIs for quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery. • Develop and maintain a culture of continuous improvement; identify and implement improvements to improve efficiency, increase quality, and/or increase customer engagement. • Design and implement an account management strategy to segment customer base and ensure that processes and practices are aligned with ensuring success in each segment. • Oversee cross-functional project delivery teams, help-desk and technical support teams, and the services management team. • Establish and maintain the tools and processes utilized by the services team. • Maintain capacity plan, operational budget, and staffing projections. • Work with Sales to establish and maintain account management and governance processes for strategic accounts and partner to assist with closing strategic deals. • Assist Product team by providing input on required enhancements and features needed from a Services and client perspective. • Work with the rest of the Issue Management Team to ensure issues relating to professional services are reviewed and corrective/preventative actions are identified and implemented.
