I help organisations strengthen their quality, safety and environmental performance through practical, evidence-based learning.At Bywater Training I lead product and proposition development, working alongside the director team to shape strategy, evolve accredited courses (CQI & IRCA, ISEP, IOSH and RSS) and drive continual improvement in how we deliver learning. My focus is on turning management-system and operational-excellence principles into training that actually changes behaviours — on site, in the boardroom and across supply chains.Over the last 17 years I’ve designed and delivered programmes across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Asia, supporting clients in sectors from energy and manufacturing to infrastructure and government.
